Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of pet hair, smoke odor, perfume, or other signs of use
To start a return, email us at support@floraandfabric.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we're unable to guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@floraandfabric.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number, and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 30 days or that show signs of wear
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or credit card company — it can take time for a refund to post. If you've done that and still haven't received it, email us at support@floraandfabric.com and we'll look into it.
